Prime Dry Aged Ribeye
When my husband asked how long the ribeye was aged for and the server immediately knew and didn't have to go ask someone (already a great sign) and said it was 28 days, I knew my husband was in for a treat! So perfect, cooked exactly to medium rare with a perfect crunchy sear on the outer edges and so so so full of flavor! Yum!
Olive Tapenade
What a unique way to have some bruschetta, and wow! It was so very good, I can't wait to go back and get it again! The Hudson could sell their olive tapenade in a jar (I'll be asking if they do next time I'm there!) out of this world
Southwest Chicken Pasta
I absolutely love the flavours in this dish! So unique and full of flavour. I have ordered a few times now and it never disappoints.?

Southwest Chicken Pasta
I was so excited for this dish to come out but was also a bit concerned the sauce may be too heavy but it was not heavy at all! Such a subtle flavor profile in the best of ways, chicken as tender as butter, veggies fresh and flavorful, couldn't have asked for a better experience! And the garlic bread, oh my god! So flavorful and the perfect amount of crunch!
Chef Jeff's Famous Corn Chowder
I see why it says it's famous! I absolutely love corn chowder and it doesn't seem to be a very popular item at restaurants so I'm always excited when I see it on a menu and this one did not disappoint! So so yummy with the perfect amount of spice! Tempted to go back to get the to go quart of it to have for lunch a few days throughout the week! WOW!

BBQ Braised Pork Tacos
We enjoyed an amazing dinner at The Hudson last night and it was so delicious! But, what makes your dinner experience the best possible is your waiter! Shout out to Nick for making our anniversary celebration such a wonderful evening! We enjoyed getting to know you and you made the evening great!! Thank you Nick! My husband had the chicken pasta and I had the tacos and I would absolutely have them again!! Amazing food!
Steak and Blue Chop Salad
