Prickly Pear BBQ Baby Back Ribs
This is the dish i get everytime I come to this restaurant. They are amazing! The bbq sauce is amazing and they are fall off the bone. We also had their pretzel appetizer which was also amazing. We drive 2 hours every month to come here its that worth it.
Chicken Pot Pie
This was my first time eating at the Hudson and I had heard it was really good, but I hear that about a lot of places. Listen, I don't know what sorcery they use to make this pot pie, but it is so delicious, comforting and nostalgic. It hits all the taste buds with rich and decadently creamy sauce, fresh veggies and the most succulent, tender pieces of chicken all covered in a perfect pie crust. I'm obsessed! Also, the pie is massive and I truly appreciate large portions because it means I can make two meals out of it. Service was fast, friendly and intuitive. Views were breathtaking as always. I am now in love with the Hudson. Highly recommend!
Prime Dry Aged Ribeye
I've made steak for over 20 years with my dad and this dry aged ribeye is hard to beat. Tender, juicy, perfectly seasoned. I'd travel far for a steak like this.
Juicy Patti Cheeseburger
The best burger in Sedona, brought back memories of burgers on the grill with family and friends growing up! We will be back for your superb food, atmosphere, and service.
Juicy Patti Cheeseburger
The Patti was AMAZING! I haven't had a cheeseburger this good in a long time. I don't like shredded lettuce, so I had mine without. The aged cheddar, garlic aioli, and onion was a perfect combination. The burger was quite large. I ended up only eating half! Highly recommend. I also had the mozzarella bruschetta as well as the olive tepanade. The olive tepanade was my favorite. I will be back, there are so many menu items I would like to try.
Blackened Swordfish
This swordfish is a step above the rest! So delicious. It's a must try for sure. The plating is beautiful and the dish is a luxurious treat. Just order it you won't be disappointed. Ask for Nick J. He does an amazingly great job. Just the best!
Sesame Seared Rare Ahi Tuna Salad
I visited The Hudson for lunch after a long beautiful hike. Knowing I had a 2 hour drive back down to the valley, I wanted something light but filling. I ordered the Sesame Seared Rare Ahi Tuna Salad and it was definitely the best salad ive ever had and the portion size was actually surprisingly large. The salad was fresh and crunchy, the Tuna was seared to perfection and the Soy Ginger dressing was delicious! I crave this salad on a regular basis now. I cant wait to come back and enjoy it again soon!
Chef Jeff's Famous Corn Chowder
The best! So delicious, you won't be disappointed!
Grilled Pork Chop
The grilled pork chop was excellent and the sauce and sides were an excellent compliment. A very nicely constructed dish that tasted great.
Whipped Feta with Toasted Bread
I'm a local and the whipped feta is a MUST! it's become a tradition with my roommate and I to get whipped feta and a few drinks
