The Thai Scallops are my favorite dinner menu item at the Hudson! We have lived in Sedona for 26 years and know all of the restaurants. The Hudson is our favorite of them all. The Thai Scallops are always prepared beautifully, with great presentation and perfectly seared scallops and complementary ingredients. It is so delicious! Not to mention that the service is always spot on. Got to love it!

I finally got a chance to try The Hudson and it was an awesome experience. The atmosphere was great, the staff was friendly, and everything felt welcoming from the moment we walked in. I ordered the bison burger and fries and they were fantastic. The burger was cooked perfectly and had a ton of flavor, and the fries came out hot and crispy. Everything tasted fresh and you could tell a lot of care goes into the food. What really stood out to me was the overall experience. The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the restaurant has a great vibe that makes you want to stay awhile. It is not always easy to find a place that gets everything right, but The Hudson definitely does. I will absolutely be back and would recommend The Hudson to anyone looking for a great meal and a great atmosphere.

The poke stack was so good after a long hike. I think 3/6 people at our table got it. If you're not afraid of rice/carbs you'll be in ahi heaven!
Crispy Chicken Sandwich review by Giselle
We have been hiking the mighty 5 in Utah, the Grand Canyon and last Cathedral Rock. We had been eating pretty mediocre meals because that's all there was around the National Parks. But I had done research prior to hiking Cathedral Rock and knew I wanted to come to The Hudson afterwards. It's just a sandwich right? But it was the Best crispy sandwich I had ever had! All white meat, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. With melted Swiss and the most delicious slaw! The bread was perfect. Soft but sturdy enough to stand up to the generous chicken breast and the creamy juices of the slaw!!! Wish I lived in Sedona, I would be a regular at this establishment. By the way, the warm chocolate chip cookie with ice cream…wow! The best pookie ever! Last, but not least, the view (we sat outside) was spectacular and our server—Kylee—was fantastic. I believe that was her name. She was wearing the cutest pickleball paddle necklace.

Hudson Mushroom Burger review by Vicky
I've enjoyed burgers all over the country, but nothing prepared me for this masterpiece. The first bite was unforgettable. The perfectly cooked, juicy beef, the earthy richness of the mushrooms, and every carefully balanced flavor came together so flawlessly that I actually paused to savor the moment. What surprised me most was what happened afterward. After tasting Hudson's Mushroom Burger, I never tasted other burgers the same way again. Every burger I've had since has been compared to it, and none have come close. It completely reset my expectations of what a great burger should be. The Hudson isn't just serving food. They're creating the kind of dining experience that stays with you long after the meal is over. If you're visiting Sedona and leave without trying this burger, you've truly missed one of the city's greatest culinary treasures. Five stars simply aren't enough.

After our amazing Soldier's Pass hike we had lunch on the beautiful patio at The Hudson. There was 6 of us ladies, no reservation, but that wasn't a problem. The service was great, the food was all incredible & the view on the patio made us want to stay all day! Most of us has the Ahi poke tower. It was fresh, filling & had the best Wasabi I've ever tasted. All of us said we will definitely go back to The Hudson next time were in Sedona. Excellent experience 👏

The whipped feta is just an absolute dream! Its a must order. They even accommodated me with gluten free bread as an alternative. The Hudson is a must visit location!
